Service & planned preventative maintenance

It is important that your equipment is regularly maintained, as this can often reduce the frequency of breakdowns and ensure maximum performance.

LTE can provide contracts tailored to meet our customer’s individual needs. Contracts range from providing routine periodic service to fully comprehensive contracts which would incorporate breakdown cover, parts and training.

We can also organise our planned visits to coincide with your insurance inspections to save on additional costs.

Periodic testing, for example weekly, quarterly or annual, can also be incorporated as part of the contract and is carried out in accordance with recognised industry standards such as HTM 01-01 parts C & D and UKAS.

 

SPARE PARTS

All replacement parts are manufacturer guaranteed, and LTE stocks all routinely used components, and our engineers carry a large inventory of spare parts.

Maintenance work is carried out as per manufacturer’s recommendations.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

LTE has a dedicated technical support team who are available during office hours to provide technical assistance to our customers on both equipment and application based queries. Contract customers have free access to our technical staff.

 

DISCOUNT

Our contract customers receive a discount on parts and labour.
